Meticulous Archive is operated by Flexslot. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service is

Meticulous Archive helps you discover Magic: The Gathering events and game stores on a map. The event and store information we show is aggregated from publicly available sources, such as the Wizards of the Coast event locator.

Because we aggregate this information rather than create it, we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Events may be cancelled, rescheduled, moved, or changed without our knowledge. Always verify event details directly with the store or organizer before making plans or traveling.

Accounts

You do not need an account to browse. If you create one, provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and reasonably. In particular, do not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose
• scrape, bulk-download, or hammer the service in ways that degrade it for others
• attempt to circumvent security or access systems or data not meant for you
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

Intellectual property

The site’s design, code, and original content belong to Flexslot. Meticulous Archive is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. This site is not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexslot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service — including reliance on event or store information that turns out to be inaccurate or out of date.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Flexslot harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
